Terms and Conditions

  1. Cancellation Terms

The following cancellation fees apply:

Project Work

Deposits for work will not be refunded after formal agreements have been made.

Training Workshops and Courses

Cancellation policies will be agreed at time of booking.  If no agreement has been made then the following is applied:

  • 2 – 4 weeks’ notice – 50% of fee applies
  • Under 2 weeks’ notice – 100% fee applies

Individual Appointments

24 hours’ notice is required, or the full fee will be invoiced. If travel expenses have been incurred they will also be invoiced. If individuals arrive late for appointments every effort will be made to accommodate this but if this is not possible appointment times will be cut short and charged at full rate.

 

  1. Physiotherapy Services: What you can expect from us:

You will always be seen by a qualified physiotherapist, registered with the Healthcare Professions Council (HCPC) who will examine and treat you in line with the HCPC and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) strict code of practice. After examination the physiotherapist will explain their assessment of your complaint, proposing treatment if appropriate, explaining what is involved, any risks and if possible give you an estimate of the number of treatment sessions needed and the time period required. You may decline any of the treatments proposed, without prejudice.

  • Your consultation and treatment will always be on a one to one basis and in the privacy of the treatment room.
  • Your appointment(s) will be scheduled according to your needs to the best of our ability according to the workload.
  • A letter may be sent to your GP or referrer unless you request otherwise, and you will be asked to sign a form consenting to this.

 

3. Licence

You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own personal use provided:

(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in anyway

(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and

(c) The Company copyright and trademark notices are retained as they appear in any printed and downloaded extracts.

With the exception of any material posted or submitted by users to the Website, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by The Company or its licensors. For the purposes of these Conditions, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with clause 3.1 above for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach these Conditions, your permission to use this Website will automatically terminate and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.

Subject to paragraph 3.1, no part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without prior written permission.

While the Company endeavours to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, it shall not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

In the event of a problem, the website may be out of service for essential service, repairs and maintenance.
