PHYSIOTHERAPY AND ERGONOMICS:

Working-Health Physiotherapy and Ergonomics specialise in ergonomic and training services and offer a high level of input aimed at individual or group needs.

Ergonomics is concerned with fitting a work task to an individual not the individual to the task. It scientifically looks at these tasks to help improve the ‘fit’ between the worker and the work they undertake.

Ergonomic interventions may include subtle changes such as changing the font size when working on the computer to prevent neck pain from straining to view the text or larger changes involving the way the work is undertaken. Sometimes specialist equipment maybe required.

All of Working-Health Consultants possess post-graduate qualifications in occupational health ergonomics or manual handling.TOP
